Greetings Geer Park Families,
I hope that you are enjoying the last few days of summer before we begin the 21-22 school year.
Geer Park Staff and students will return to a half day of school beginning on Monday, August 30th. Dismissal will be at 12:05 p.m.
Line-up for all students will be on the playground beginning at 8:45 a.m. The first bell rings at 8:55 a.m. Class starts at 9:00 a.m. Note: Each teacher will have a number assigned to their class. This will be communicated to all parents prior to Monday. For example, Teacher A may have number 2. Therefore, all students in her class will line up at Cone # 2 on Monday, beginning at 8:45 a.m.
Class Rosters and Teacher Assignments will be posted on the front doors (#1) beginning at 3:00 p.m. this Friday, August 27th.
Tuesday, August 31st, Wednesday, September 1st, and Thursday, September 2nd will be full days of school. Dismissal will be at 3:55 p.m.
No School on Friday, September 3rd and Monday, September 6th. Students will resume school on Tuesday, September 7th – Full day of school. i.e., 8:55 a.m – 3:55 p.m.

2021-2022 Kindergarten Soft Start Dates:
Half days – Monday, August 30th – Friday, September 10th.
(No School Friday, September 3 and Monday, September 6 – Labor Day Break)
Kindergarteners attend half day sessions the first two weeks of school. This half day schedule allows for a gradual transition to school and will include lunch starting August 31st.
Note: There is no half day bussing during the half day Soft Start days.
